THE PIECES

Where is House of Akizuki made?

At this time, every piece is thoughtfully designed and made by hand in our Brooklyn studio by Sora and Akiko, the mother-daughter duo behind the House.

Are your pieces one of a kind?

All of our pieces are made in small quantities, using materials we've collected and discovered over time. Natural variations in stones, pearls, and other materials mean that no two pieces are ever quite the same. All, one of a kind.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

Some pieces may return, while others are made only once or in very limited quantities. If there's something you've fallen in love with, feel free to reach out. We'll let you know if we plan to make it again.

Do you accept custom orders?

We love the idea of creating something personal. If you have a special request, please get in touch and we'll be happy to explore what's possible.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

As a small, independent studio, we prepare each order with care. Processing and shipping times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout. If you're having trouble placing an order from your location, feel free to contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been prepared for shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We'll work with you to make things right.

CARE & MATERIALS

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our pieces are made to be worn, loved, and kept.

To preserve their beauty, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry somewhere dry and safe when not in use, and handle natural stones and pearls with care.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photograph?

We work with natural materials, each with its own character. Subtle differences in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes every piece special.

GIFTS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course. We believe beautiful objects are meant to be shared. If your order is a gift, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it extra special.
